Moroccan Black Soap
The Moroccan black soap is part of the Moroccan traditional hammam ritual. It is the first treatment in the Oriental public bath. With a texture of butter, this natural vegetable paste based on black olives is rich in vitamin E.
It is obtained from a mixture of oil and crushed olives, soaked in salt and potash. In the nineteenth century, it was used as a product of Dermatology and later became a real beauty tool for the body suitable for every type of skin. It prepares the skin for exfoliation. The skin will be softer and ready for a scrub. Combined with the action of the Kessa glove will remove impurities and dead skin. Thanks to its exfoliating and moisturizing, it softens and nourishes the skin. It does not foam but becomes creamy when you add water.
Instructions for use

2 - Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing and exfoliating the skin with a scrubbing glove to remove the dead skin cells. Rinse again if needed.

Complementing this Moroccan black soap is the Moroccan exfoliating glove, also known as the Kessa mitt. This glove and back scrubber are specially designed to enhance the benefits of the Moroccan black soap by effectively exfoliating the skin. The unique texture of the Kessa mitt helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and reveal a smoother and healthier complexion. When used together with the Moroccan black soap, this combination provides a deep cleansing experience, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The Kessa mitt is made from coarse fabric, traditionally woven with natural fibers like cotton or silk, which helps to stimulate blood circulation and promote cell renewal. It is an essential tool in the Moroccan hammam ritual, where individuals apply the black soap and use the Kessa mitt to scrub their body, resulting in silky soft, and glowing skin. Additionally, the glove's exfoliating action can also aid in reducing the appearance of cellulite and ingrown hairs. Overall, the combination of the Moroccan black soap and the exfoliating glove creates a luxurious and effective skincare routine that is deeply nourishing for the skin.
